1) There will be adoptable cats AND KITTENS (!!!) from Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue will be OTS to cuddle and love on and possibly bring home with you. I SAID, KITTENS GODDAMMIT.
2) The awesome TJ Basa from San Francisco Committee for Human Rights in the Philippines (SFCHRP) will be joining us to collect money and relief goods to send to communities in the Philippines devastated by recent typhoons and floods. As you may have heard, Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) battered the Philippines on September 26, 2009, causing flood levels to reach record highs. Over 300 people are dead, with more still missing. Over 500,000 people lost their homes and livelihoods and are crowded in makeshift evacuation centers. Government response has been criminally inadequate and that is why progressive groups and individuals in the Bay Area are working closely with grassroots organizations in the Philippines to distribute medicine, food, clothing, toiletries, and other necessities to those most in need. It’s beyond devastating and we can help. Please bring what you can, every little bit is appreciated and yeah, it will make you feel like you can at least help with something during the collapse of this pitiful world. I just got back from LA for the Whip It Hollywood Premiere....and boy did I do damage to myself....I don't believe in TMI so I shall share my disgustingly painful skin injury...thanks to my betsey wedges!
I didn't even realize how bad it was until I got home and took off the bandaid...Initially I thought it was minor skin that got rubbed off...NOPE! went a lil deeper than that!
.....gross!....and TrueMee only had EXPIRED antibiotic cream lol...But at least I had a cute hello kitty band-aid on...Nehoo I hope this heals asap without getting infected...
Earlier this week I had a cut on my left finger and it was bleeding...I dunno how, but it hurt for a few days...And now my left heel....oh geez

shrinkle loaned me her gorgeous cat top for a themed, Crazy Cat Lady Day, which sadly never came to fruition...After months of hoarding onto this top, the dreadful day came when it finally sold. Hence, I had to bring this glorious top the justice it needed with a proper photoshoot before it left my for good.
I vowed that I'd get my ass to comic con somehow after finding out that Andy was doing panel for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs...Tickets were sold out, but with my fierce determination and persistence to overcome all obstacles in the name of love, I got tickets for myself and withlove_jeanie (who didn't even wanna go, but is now splitting half the cost for an expensive ass hotel across the street from the convention center for next year!)
We're doing the full 4 day shebang next year! WATCH OUT!
